Terms of Service

Version v1-2026-07-21 · Last updated 21 July 2026

Draft pending legal review — not yet finalized. This document describes, in plain terms, how the Agentic Zero service works today. It is written to be accurate about the product, but the sections marked [PENDING] require confirmation from Agentic Zero's legal counsel before this page is treated as binding.

1. Who we are

Agentic Zero ([PENDING: legal entity name, registered address, tax ID / NIF]) provides autonomous operations software and consulting services for regulated supply chains, referred to in this document as the "Service."

2. The Service and tiers

The Service is offered in three tiers:

Standard and Enterprise engagements are confirmed through a direct conversation to agree scope, timeline and pricing before any work begins; they are not self-service.

3. Payment

Essential subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Agentic Zero does not store or ever have direct access to your card details — Stripe collects and processes payment information directly. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms of service to the extent they apply to the payment itself.

Essential is a one-time, non-recurring charge. Delivery guarantee: if the automated build process is unable to produce and certify a working agent for your submitted process, you are entitled to a full refund of your Essential payment. This guarantee covers delivery failure only — it is not a general satisfaction-based or no-questions-asked refund, and does not apply once your agent has been successfully built, certified, and activated. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at the address in Section 10 with your order reference. [PENDING: confirm with legal whether EU consumer withdrawal rights (14-day cooling-off) apply on top of this guarantee given this is offered to businesses].

Standard and Enterprise are recurring subscriptions billed monthly; cancellation terms are set out in the applicable Master Service Agreement / Order Form signed for that engagement.

4. What "autonomous" means here

The Service performs certain business-process actions without a human approving each individual action, within the scope and thresholds defined during onboarding (your SIOP / process definition). It does not make decisions outside that defined scope, and every autonomous action is logged and auditable. Certain actions are always routed to a human for approval, as configured for your process.

5. Your data and your systems

Delivering the Service requires connecting to your own business systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or another ERP) and processing your operational and business data to perform the agreed process. Agentic Zero acts as your data processor for that data. The specific terms governing how that data is processed, stored, and protected are set out in a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA), provided as part of onboarding for Standard and Enterprise, and referenced in the Essential contract. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle account and contact information.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available and monitored, with support response times as described in your tier (see pricing). [PENDING: formal SLA uptime commitment and service credits, if any, per tier].

7. Limitation of liability

[PENDING: liability cap and exclusions — this needs to be drafted and confirmed by legal counsel before publication; not filled in here to avoid presenting an unreviewed liability limitation as binding].

8. Governing law

[PENDING: governing law and jurisdiction — confirm with legal].

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the version and date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
